Tia's breakfast - Two poached eggs, gluten free flax seed toast. Steamed spinach kale and chard, fresh tomatoes and basil from my garden with avocado and a little olive oil balsamic vinegar salt &pepper. With a glass of freshly squeezed carrot apple ginger juice:)
